Split vote advances stormwater assessment resolution
It what proved to be a rarity with the current board of county commissioners, for once the BOCC was not unanimous or near-unanimous on an issue before it, and barely passed, on a 3-2 vote, with Commissioners Edwin V. Smith and chairman Sam Johnson in opposition a measure approving the possible eventual creation of a stormwater assessment resolution.
