Bill Turner knows the best way to clean up the frosting that drips off the edge of a cookie. He was one of the Bartow Biz Kids taking part in a new summer camp offering sessions with Main Street businesses. Several kids joined him at The Cookie Jar Bake Shop Tuesday afternoon to decorate cookies and cupcakes.The new summer camp program offers two two-hour sessions at several downtown businesses every Tuesday through Aug. 14.
