While there is no set specific subject when people gather next week to discuss art in public places in town, the owner of the Art Ensemble in Eloise wants to make them aware of the advantages of wall murals.

“What I want to bring is the overall impact arts has on a region,” Jane Thomas Waters said. “It’s not only in the economic impact but on the quality of life.”
