What does it take to be a leader? That was the question posed under “Leadership 101 – The Basics of Good Leadership,” the first professional development luncheon Engage sponsored since changing its name from the Bartow Chamber Young Professionals. The luncheon, held at the Florida Industrial and Phosphate Research Institute, attracted more than 40 attendees.

To answer that question was Florida House of Representatives member Ben Albritton (R-District 66), whose district includes Bartow.
