Larry Madrid, of Madrid Engineering, and the managing partner of Greenovative Design and Engineering, LLC, wanted a simple request granted from the county commission. He wanted them to approve and sign on to PACE.
PACE, which is an acronym for Property Assessed Clean Energy, Madrid explained, is an innovative method to reduce energy costs, create jobs, improve property values and stimulate economic growth.
