The customer service drop off box at the Polk County Tax Collector’s Office, 430 E. Main, Bartow, is a place Bartow utility customers can deliver their payments. The wrong place was used in Wednesday’s paper. The office hours to that are 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m. Wednesday.
