Fourth grade students at Stephens Elementary School celebrated this year’s International Day of Peace by participating in the Pinwheels For Peace campaign. This is the sixth year that Stephens Elementary built these swirling works of art. It provides an opportunity for students to create art and relate it to the real world while being introduced to important social and global issues.
