Mutts will be strutting in their best Friday night at the monthly Friday Fest downtown.

The second Howl-O-Ween Costume contest gets under way at The Doggie Bag at 155 S. Central Ave. at 6:45 p.m. The winner picked by celebrity judges will win a monster size prize basket and a $100 gift certificate to The Doggie Bag.
