Drivers should expect a detour from 9:30 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 28 through 5 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 29 when the stretch of U.S. 98 between Manor Drive and Van Fleet Drive is scheduled to be closed for the installation of new sign structures, the Florida Department of Transportation reports.

The alternate route for accessing Van Fleet from southbound U.S. 98 will be Old Bartow/Eagle Lake Road to Wilson Avenue.
