The Bartow High School band is in need of new uniforms to replace the 12-year-old outfits they currently wear. On top of that, there are not enough of them for each band member, according to Clarice Roth of the uniform fundraising committee.

With 180 members, the BHS band is now the largest in Polk County, and is in need of community support to outfit them properly for their many performances, at venues including Walt Disney World, District and State exhibitions, parades, holiday concerts and community events, among others.
