Tuesday, Jan. 8, was a day of investitures, beginning with a 7:30 a.m. swearing in of Stacy Butterfield. Another ceremony was held later in the day for Sheriff Grady Judd. Yet a third took place at 4:45 p.m. in the historic courtroom of the Polk County History Museum, which formerly was the county courthouse.
