Sandbags available for county residents
Joni Gerard from Lake Wales shot this tornado that passed across State Road 60 as she was driving toward Lake Wales at about 6:15 p.m. Sunday.

Beginning at noon Monday, Polk County Fire Rescue will provide sandbags for residents who may need them.
Sites will be open from 8 a.m.–8 p.m. until the storm water subsides.
