Leaders pledge to work to create career academy here

Individually, they were all leaders long before joining the inaugural class of Leadership Fort Meade.

Collectively, the group pledged last week to work to bring a career academy to Fort Meade Middle Senior High School, helping to develop an academic offering here that mirrors what many other high schools in Polk already have.
