On Thursday, July 12, Don Wilson, an attorney with Bartow law firm Boswell and Dunlap, was named to a trustee position — one of five — on the newest state education university, Florida Polytechnic University. He was one of four named; a fifth position has been left vacant at this time.

Wilson will begin a two-year term beginning Monday.
