Winter Haven Hospital is preparing to launch its second “One Team One Goal” campaign to promote charitable giving among its 2,500 employees.

The 2012 campaign, which begins this month, follows up on a successful inaugural launch in 2011 when Winter Haven Hospital employees raised more than $55,000.
