Shiny cars make for good conversation at the Lake Wales Car Show. Here is August’s cruiser, Perry Batson, who won the honor with his 1927 Ford Model T-Roadster. Perry lives in Lake Wales and attends the Lake Wales Car Show, held on the fourth Saturday of each month, whenever he is in town. The next car show is today, Saturday, Sept. 22, at 4 p.m. on Stuart Avenue in Historic Downtown Lake Wales.
