That’s the verdict for Brandon Nealy, convicted on Monday of first-degree murder and three counts of attempted first-degree murder in the death of Tibious Peterman. Although the 22-year-old Lake Wales man didn’t fire the fatal shots, Nealy was sentenced to the maximum penalty of life imprisonment for participating in the death of Peterman.
