The Family Literacy Academy is holding a Pancake Breakfast, sponsored by Bob Evans Restaurant. The event, to be held at Janie Howard Wilson Elementary School on Saturday, Nov. 3 from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m., will feature “celebrity” cooks and Family Literacy servers. Tickets are $4 in advance, $5 at the door. Printing of flyers for the event was provided by Citizens Bank & Trust. Proceeds of the event go to benefit The Family Literacy Academy at Lake Wales, “where families build their future through education.”
