Approximately 135 people spent part of last Saturday mowing, trimming, painting and picking up tires during the Body of Christ Work Day.

Members of several Lake Wales churches participated in the event that originated at High Point Church. The churches have gotten together before for community work days but this is the first year that the city was involved to the extent it was.
