Situated with a powerhouse on to the west and one to the north, the Polk County Sports Marketing Division has always had a task in front of it and with that it is managing fine, Neal Duncan, the Sponsorship Sales Manager, told the Bartow Rotary Club this week.

“We’re competing against Tampa and Orlando and they’re giants,” he said. “Orlando, no one can touch that … maybe Vegas. In bed taxes they collect more in their slowest month than we do in a year.”
