Watchful eyes catch a burglar in the act, police say

On Sept. 27 at 7:39 a.m. Lake Wales Police Department responded to an in progress burglary at 504 S. 4th St. Apartment 8-D.
Police say the victim, who was working at the time the burglary occurred, received a phone call from a neighbor who witnessed a man break out a window and enter her apartment.
