Missing teenager returns home

The third of the teenagers reported missing on Nov. 24, was found Dec. 11, around 5 p.m.
Lake Wales Police reports say Eurkerria Howard turned herself in to the Juvenile Assessment Center in Bartow. Howard confirmed she left home on her own and no foul play was involved, according to reports.
