On Jan. 8, Lake Wales Police officers responded to the block of East Johnson Avenue regarding a theft that had just occurred.

According to police, the victim reported that two male subjects came up to her residence and took three bags of aluminum cans. After several minutes, the two were located and stopped at 3rd Street and Scenic Highway, reports note.
