The Polk County Sheriff’s Office detectives are asking for the public’s help in locating a wanted subject.

According to reports, 68-year-old Charles Luther Bailey, of 3055 Walk in Water Road, Lake Wales, is wanted on an active Polk County arrest warrant for two counts of sexual battery on a child less than 12 years of age, and distributing obscene material to a minor.
