Whopper FPL bill shocks cafe

The parties ultimately resolved the situation, to everyone's satisfaction.

CHARLOTTE HARBOR — Kim Casey, owner of Morgan’s Cafe, had been feeling pretty happy that her business had been able to keep its two employees working and pay its bills this summer.

“I don’t have a boss yelling at me, so I’m happy if I break even,” she said.
