Fire Rescue sells breast cancer awareness T-shirts

DeSoto County Fire Rescue is taking orders and collecting money for the 2012 Breast Cancer Awareness T-shirts. T-shirts are $12 each if ordered by Sept. 10. The first order will go out on Sept. 11 and the shirts are expected to arrive before Oct. 1. Shirts are $15 each or two for $25 if ordered after Sept. 10.
This year the shirts honor Ana P. Carrillo, who recently passed away from cancer. Proceeds from the sale of the shirts will be donated to a trust in her name set up to help her family with medical and funeral expenses.
