ARCADIA — Community Green Charter School had $14,584 in liabilities when it closed in December 2011, just five months after opening.

During its five-month existence, the school posted total expenses of $562,002, and had $547,418 in operating revenues, according to an independent audit performed by McDaniel & Associates, CPAs, of Dotham, Ala. That left more than $14,000 in unpaid liabilities.
