NORTH PORT — Steve Burnett, owner of Burnett 1-800-PAINTING, is offering a $3,000 painting charity giveaway through which his company will paint the exterior of one lucky and deserving homeowner’s house.

“A friend of mine in Los Angeles started doing this there about seven years ago,” Burnett said. “I thought it was a fantastic idea.”
