That the City Commission elects the chair and vice chair rather than rotation -- 59.56% yes, 40.44% no; 2. That the city be divided into districts, where commissioners must live -- 55% yes, 44.98% no; 3. To change the titles of commission chair and vice chair to mayor and vice mayor -- 53.43% yes, 46.57% no; 4. To change charter language to say the city manager can only be removed by a supermajority of the commission -- 46.25% yes, 53.75% no; 5. Whether the city auditor position should be removed from the charter -- 68.35% yes, 31.65% no
