CAPE CORAL — Basketball coaches can be hard to please.

Port Charlotte High School coach Bill Specht wasn’t exactly thrilled after his Pirates coasted to a 63-37 victory against Cypress Lake on Thursday in the first round of the Mariner Christmas Tournament at Mariner High School.
