SARASOTA COUNTY — County commissioners approved a pair of economic-development financial-incentive grants Wednesday that will allow two businesses to expand and create about 70 jobs.

The commission approved two $120,000 grants — one for “Project Berry,” which, according to the county, is “a leading mobile engagement and loyalty network company with a global vision of enabling the mobile social commerce ecosystem.” It offers businesses a single platform that enables them to create, design and publish any offer or other information to their mobile network.
