Last Saturday, I got a relatively early call from Ed Wotitzky. Sadly, he was calling to remind me that he was no longer chairman of the chamber’s board.

He was at a loss and was in withdrawal. I told him to calm down and to call Ron Monck of C1 Bank, to remind Ron that he was now in charge. That would surely cure his angst. Ed has achieved a considerable amount in his year as chairman, so I have invited him to report on what he thinks we have achieved and where he sees us going in the future:
