There was some big news coming out of the Republican National Convention, the made-for TV thingy they managed to squeeze in between tropical rain bands just up the road in Tampa over the last few days. Scott Demers, 40, and his good buddy Bruce Parker, 42, took center stage earlier this week when they were busted for hog hunting. Film at 11.

Oh, yeah. Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan were nominated, in no particular order, as the GOP’s candidates for president and vice president. But back to Demers and Parker. Because, after all, this is Florida. And we’re talking some serious hog huntin’ business here.
