Australia Yachts’ owners and management are shocked by statements made by Commissioner Stephen R. Deutsch, Commissioner Bob Starr and Director of Economic Development Tom Patton in the article “500K yacht deal sinks.” It would appear, in a contemptible attempt to shift accountability, they had no reservations trampling the reputation of a business and a family.

The headline should have read: “County sinks business deal.”
