Over the years, I’ve had members call me at home on the day of our Annual Banquet asking if they could attend. I always wonder after those calls how people can live like that.

I already know what I’m doing on Jan. 4, 2013. Different strokes, different folks. But as event planners we need to know how many to prepare for so that the food can be ordered, the centerpieces arranged, and the agenda organized.
