Four times more likely to worship at Yom Kippur
The most solemn of all Jewish holidays, Yom Kippur started at sundown Tuesday and will end about 25 hours later, around sundown tonight.
On this Day of Atonement, many observant and not-so-observant Jews go to synagogue, fast and spend time thinking about their sins and transgressions, asking for forgiveness and thinking about being better in the year to come.
