For you fiber artists — or if you always wanted to learn — the Visual Arts Center is offering a full week workshop titled To Die For.

It is scheduled for Oct. 22-26, and it’s an opportunity to learn and experiment with a variety of dyeing techniques. Arlene Richards and Suzanne Patton will lead the workshop. The cost is $125 for members of the VAC and $225 for nonmembers. For more information, call 941-638-8810.
