Congratulations to Port Charlotte High’s Model United Nations Academic Team. Earlier this week, it won its 12th consecutive Burdell Cup as the best delegation at the 15th annual Georgia Tech Model U.N. conference, according to a release from the school district.

Going up against several top-20 teams in the national rankings, the Pirate delegation representing the Russian Federation took the top award as the conference’s best delegation.
