The 2014 fiscal year budget process is under way with release of the Long Range Financial Plan for fiscal years 2013-2017, summarized in last week’s report and available for viewing on the city’s website, www.pgorda.us under What’s New. In addition to the financial plan discussion, the City Council will receive a presentation from the employee pension plan actuary and investment advisor in response to questions raised about recent pension plan results also reported in previous weekly information.
