After responding to a telemarketing call from Service Star Enterprises in Fort Myers for a $39.95 system check, the 70-year-old Englewood resident said she was “scared and pressured” into recently spending $4,700, primarily for duct cleaning and installation of UV lights for “dangerous black mold.”
