Could it really be that the young congressman from Wisconsin has it right and has seen through the smoke and mirrors in Washington? Could it really be that our recovery has stalled in last three years? Could it be that someone is actually explaining this country’s economic stall with data, not political platitudes and useless rhetoric? Could it be that if the economic driver of all recessions — the free market economy — were unleashed without excessive government oversight and regulation, all the other concerns about Medicare and healthcare would be the beneficiaries of increased tax income from their profitability? Could it really be that capitalism isn’t the scourge of our personal well-being but its source?
