The evening had a confluence of ideas. A news show on NBC had a segment about the new broadcast journalism, the Rush, O’Reilly, Maher crowd; a segment on the anniversary of Antietam and a photographer using an 1860s camera; and then I watched a movie about Chuck Barris, “Confessions of a Dangerous Mind.”
