Regarding the article “Postal default No. 2” on Sept. 29, I can’t help but be astounded at the inept handling by the current Postmaster General Patrick Donahoe declaring the mail agency will “miss a $5.6 billion payment to the treasury.” What? And this is the second “missing payment.”
