Clinton said it’s math. Romney math means playing the percentages. Being part of the 1 percent, he pays only 14 percent in taxes. Of course, that is not income tax on earned income. That is the percentage on his investments in the U.S. and not in the Cayman Islands, Bermuda or the Swiss bank accounts.
