After reading reports in the late September Suns, I harbor little hope for Bay Heights Park. The community cared for it when the unwise commissioners ran out of money, but the Charlotte commissioners intend to make it a boat ramp facility. Plan B does not pave paradise as much as Plan C does, so they vote for C.
