Romney and Ryan have promised to make big changes if they are elected. They will do away with Obamacare and hope that states will fill the gap. They will change Medicare to a voucher system. They will replace funding to public schools with a voucher system favoring private schools. They will blame teachers for the poor performance of public schools.
