Jeffrey Pickhardt, 49, of Port Charlotte, Fla., passed away at Lee Memorial Hospital in Fort Myers, Fla., Wednesday, Aug. 1, 2012, surrounded by his loving family.

He was born July 22, 1963, in Glen Falls, N.Y.

Jeffrey is survived by his mother, Joyce Stevens; father, William Pickhardt II; daughter, Crystal N. Pickhardt; brother, William Pickhardt III; and grandchildren, Jayden Harris and Kerra Harris.

A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 11, 2012, with friends and family, followed by refreshments at 3395 Duncan Road, Punta Gorda, Fla.
