Chuck Daily
Chuck Daily, 51, of Port Charlotte, Fla., passed away suddenly Saturday, Sept. 8, 2012, in Clanton, Ala.
He was born July 15, 1961, in Fayetteville, Ariz.
Chuck was a U.S. Air Force Veteran, worked as a newspaper reporter, had a long career as a casualty adjuster, and was a partner in the B and T Accounting/Tax Centers of America Franchise in Port Charlotte and Venice, Fla. He enjoyed spending time with his family, scuba diving with his son, all kinds of music, spoiling his Chihuahua, Little Bit, and stopping by Walgreen’s. Chuck served as a member of the media team at First Alliance Church in Port Charlotte. He always had a smile, a kind word, and usually a joke or two for everyone he met.
Chuck is survived by his wife, Tammy Poindexter Daily; son, Christopher Ryan Daily of Fayetteville; mother, Judith Daily of Fayetteville; sister, Andrea Harley of Rogers, Ariz.; and many beloved nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Charles E. Daily Sr.
A memorial service was held Wednesday, Sept. 12, 2012, at Wiggins Memorial United Methodist Church in Fayetteville. The family requests any memorial gifts be made to the media team of First Alliance Church, 20444 Midway Blvd., Port Charlotte, FL 33952.
