Richard C. Weinberger of Port Charlotte, Fla, Passed away Thursday Sept. 20th 2012 at Tidewell Hospice in Port Charlotte.

He was born July 16th 1945 in Newark, N.J. and moved to this area in 1990 from Toms River, N. J. Worked at Anchor Glass Container Corp. in N. J. most of his life. Worked at RentAll in Punta Gorda retired and went and worked at Publix’s Peachland Promonade’s, in Port Charlotte, left there in November of 2011 because of health problems.

Richard is survived by his wife Lorraine Weinberger, Nephews, Nicholas Weinberger of Toms River, N.J, James Weinberger of Arkansas, Brian Edwards, of Garner, N.C., Joseph Goodman Jr. of Watkinsville, Ga., John Goodman of Pocataligo, Ga., Niece, Colleen Barnes of Garner, N. C. and Sister in Law, Barbara Edwards and Brother in Law, Robert Edwards, of Port Charlotte, Brother in Law, Joseph Goodman Sr., and Sister in Law, Patricia Goodman both of Colbert, Ga.

He was preceded in death by his brother Joseph Weinberger Jr., of Toms River, N. J. in 2011.
