Henry Maigret, 66, passed away Monday, Oct. 1, 2012.

He was born Jan. 10, 1946, and was one of five children.

Henry’s family immigrated to the United States from Holland in 1956, when Henry was only 10 years old. He spent most of his life in Lima, Ohio, until he moved to Florida in 1977. Henry loved working outdoors and spent much of his life working for the Charlotte County Public Works Maintenance and Operations division, where he retired in 2008. He worked a security detail at Waters Edge RV Resort in Punta Gorda, Fla., where he resided. Henry made many friends throughout his life, and was always willing to help you if he could. He will be greatly missed but not forgotten.

Henry is survived by two sisters, Joann and Leonie; brother, Herman; and sister-in-law, Pat. He was preceded in death by his mother and father; and one sister.

Memorial services will be held at a later date.

Arrangements are by National Cremation Society.
